Business Development Partner Team Leader

Location

Home-based across the US, EMEA, or the UK

Working Hours

Aligned with AMAS working hours. This would be 12:00pm-8:00pm UK time and the local equivalent where you are based.

About the Role

As a Business Development Partner Team Leader, you will report to the Global Business Development Partner Leader and work closely with key stakeholders, including the Commercial and Delivery teams. You will be responsible for the line management of the AMAS Sales Support Administration Team and all related sales support activities for the Regulatory Services AMAS Business Development Teams. You will also lead the development, configuration, implementation, and management of sales support processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide line management for all assigned Sales Support Administrators.
  • Manage, monitor, and support the training and development of Sales Support Administrators.
  • Act as a coach and mentor to the team, reviewing training needs and identifying skills development requirements as needed.
  • Work with Sales Support Administrators to agree, plan, implement, and monitor the quality of work and key performance indicators.
  • Communicate effectively with all team members and support them to ensure the smooth running of sales processes in compliance with BSI procedures.
  • Ensure Sales Support Administrators receive, prioritise, and process sales quote requests from the Business Development team and associated commercial requests within agreed SLAs.
  • Undertake specific project work as required.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leadership and/or line management.
  • Experience in workload planning, organisation, and delegation.
  • Previous involvement in project work.
  • Ability to coach and develop talented individuals effectively, while addressing underperformance where required.
  • Experience working within Regulatory Services and an understanding of Regulatory Services processes.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels internally and externally.

Salary

For AMAS, the salary range for this position is $79,050 to $93,000 per annum. Actual compensation is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, competencies, experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal pay equity considerations.

Salary ranges will vary by country. Your recruiter will discuss the applicable salary range for your location during the recruitment process.
