About Crazy Bull
Crazy Bull is an established UK professional hair styling and grooming brand, selling across B2B, e-commerce, Amazon and international distribution. We work directly with professional barbers, salons, distributors and commercial partners across the UK and beyond.
As we enter our next stage of growth, we're looking for a commercially driven Business Development & Partnerships Executive to join our Leeds HQ and grow our professional customer base and B2B revenue.
The Role
This is a hands-on, revenue-focused role. The UK is your primary patch, with scope to grow accounts across Europe and other international markets. You'll work closely with field sales, marketing and the wider commercial team: chasing leads, converting opportunities, growing existing accounts, and keeping the CRM as the single source of truth for the sales process.
We're looking for someone confident, personable and commercially sharp, someone who genuinely enjoys the chase, builds relationships that last, and turns opportunities into revenue.
What You'll Do
New Business & Growth
- Identify, research and engage new barbershops, salons and B2B prospects via phone, email, social and direct outreach.
- Convert sample recipients and warm leads into active, paying accounts.
- Grow existing accounts by increasing order frequency and value.
- Re-engage lapsed customers with structured, personalised outreach.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Own the CRM as your day-to-day workspace: accurate records, scheduled follow-ups, no lead left to go cold.
- Use customer and sales data to spot reactivation, retention and growth opportunities.
- Help build a more structured, measurable approach to BD across the company.
Account & Partner Management
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing B2B customers, recommending the right products and bundles.
- Support distributors, micro-distributors and commercial partners with product info, samples, promotions and day-to-day communication.
- Grow direct B2B business across European and international markets.
- Understand why customers buy, pause or churn, and act on it.
Sales & Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and field sales to keep sales and marketing pulling in the same direction.

- Highly organised, with strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline.
- Proactive: you spot the opportunity before someone points it out.
- Comfortable working to measurable commercial targets.
- Nice to have: experience in hair, beauty, grooming or professional barbering; additional languages given our international customer base.

Who We're Looking For
Someone who's as comfortable picking up the phone to open a new account as they are nurturing a long-term partnership. You notice the lead going cold, the account that's gone quiet, the customer who could be spending more, and you do something about it. This isn't a customer-service role dressed up as BD; you'll be expected to directly drive growth and revenue.
What We Offer
- £30,000+ DOE, plus performance-related bonus/commission.
- Genuine progression path and increasing responsibility.
- Direct exposure to UK and international B2B markets.
- Close working relationship with senior leadership.
- Full product, systems and market training.
- Employee discount, on-site parking.
- A close-knit Leeds HQ team, in-house sales and marketing.
Location
Full-time, office-based at our Leeds HQ. Not remote or hybrid. Occasional travel for customer visits, exhibitions and barber shows.
