About Shoots

Shoots is a specialist planting company creating and delivering premium interior and exterior planting schemes across London and the UK. We work with commercial, hospitality and retail clients, transforming offices, hotels, restaurants, rooftops and other spaces through considered planting design, installation and ongoing maintenance.

We're growing and looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help us win new business, develop strategic relationships and expand the Shoots client base.

The Opportunity

This is a key commercial role within Shoots.

  • You'll take ownership of developing new business and building relationships with the people and organisations that specify, influence and purchase planting and landscaping services.
  • That means developing relationships with architects, interior designers, property and facilities managers, developers, hospitality groups, workplace specialists and other potential partners.
  • You'll be involved throughout the commercial process — identifying opportunities, opening doors, meeting clients, developing proposals, negotiating and ultimately turning relationships into profitable, long-term business.
  • We're looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded and excellent with people. Someone who enjoys getting out, meeting people and creating opportunities rather than waiting for leads to arrive.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
