About Xvant

Xvant is a digital growth and technology company supporting businesses internationally with website and mobile app development, CRM solutions, digital marketing, automation and ongoing digital services.

The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development & Partnerships Manager to identify new clients, develop strategic relationships and generate revenue for Xvant. You will work independently while collaborating with our team to turn qualified opportunities into long-term clients. Compensation will be commission-based.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach prospective clients in the UK and internationally.
  • Generate opportunities for websites, mobile apps, CRM systems and other development solutions.
  • Secure clients for Xvant’s ongoing digital marketing and monthly support services.
  • Build partnerships and referral relationships with relevant businesses.
  • Conduct client meetings and present Xvant’s services professionally.
  • Maintain an organised pipeline of prospects, follow-ups and outcomes.
  • Support proposals and negotiations while final pricing and contractual approval remain with Xvant.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships or client acquisition.
  • A strong professional network and confidence approaching decision-makers.
  • Understanding of digital services, technology, marketing or business solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Strong professional integrity and verifiable references.
  • UK-based; London-based candidates are preferred for occasional client meetings.
  • Experience in education, technology, SaaS or digital marketing is advantageous.

Future Opportunity

Performance will be reviewed at the end of the initial three-month period. Candidates who generate strong and consistent revenue may be considered for a new full-time contract with fixed compensation and revised performance incentives.
