Citizens Advice New Forest & Citizens Advice Winchester have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development & Projects Manager.
This is a varied role combining business development, project mobilisation and operational management. You will work closely with our leadership teams to identify new opportunities, develop projects and funding proposals, and turn successful ideas into effective services.
Alongside developing new initiatives, you will oversee a portfolio of established projects, ensuring they are well managed, achieve their targets and outcomes, and meet the expectations of funders and partners.

The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Experience developing, funding and managing new & existing projects and services
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised and analytical, able to manage priorities, performance and deadlines
