Deepki is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to help us grow revenue on the UK market.

Position

Permanent position based in our London office - hybrid (3 days/week in office)

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to accelerate a sales career on the ground floor of an exciting Sustainability SaaS business!

Mission

  • Select target accounts, and identify opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
  • Research relevant contacts and teams at these accounts, initiate conversations via emails, calls, and LinkedIn
  • Book outbound meetings using various prospecting approaches
  • Generate pipeline for Account Executives across a targeted account list
  • Ensure Salesforce data hygiene, organization, and maintenance
  • Invite prospects & guests before and after events and webinars
  • Participate in trade shows and represent the company

As a Business Development Representative, your impact on Deepki’s growth will be immediate and measurable: you will directly contribute to increasing ARR, while growing the company's customer portfolio.

You will also benefit from a coaching program allowing you to sharpen your commercial skills and prepare you to compete for Account Executive opportunities as you hit performance milestones!

Your profile

  • 1 year of experience in BDR / SDR / Inside Sales or Sales role within SaaS / Software environments
  • Strong posture with a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Proficient in multithreading strategies to build consensus across complex buying committees
  • Confident in communicating over the phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • CRM Proficiency: Salesforce
  • Excellent proficiency in English

Recruitment process

  1. Recruiter interview (45 mins)
  2. Interview with the manager + an Account Executive (1h), including a test of your sales skills

Compensation package

  • Annual base salary: 38-40K£
  • Annual bonus: 12K£ (uncapped commissions)
