Start the conversations that help construction businesses find what comes next
At Glenigan, you’ll learn how to research a business, understand what matters to them, ask better questions and turn market insight into a conversation worth continuing.
You’ll apply those skills in construction, speaking with businesses about real projects, market activity and where future commercial opportunities may be developing.
This is a high-volume cold outbound role. You’ll spend plenty of time picking up the phone, starting conversations and creating qualified meetings for our Business Development team.
You won’t be expected to arrive knowing the construction market or how professional B2B sales works. We’ll help you learn both.
You’ll work with experienced sales managers who know the market and understand the product. They’ll help you build structure into your calls, handle objections, qualify opportunities and improve how you sell.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
