Onos - Safety & Sustainability Platform for the Construction & Manufacturing Industry

πŸ“ Belfast
πŸ’· Competitive base + uncapped commission / OTE
Full-time

Over half of UK work-related fatalities happen in construction β€” yet the software meant to protect these workforces is fragmented and still largely run on spreadsheets and email.

Onos is replacing it with a single AI-intelligent platform trusted by some of the UK and Ireland's fastest-growing companies, and we need someone to own the front end of our sales motion. This isn't about spamming outreach or filling calendars. It's about picking the right accounts, qualifying real pain, and sourcing a pipeline that actually converts β€” and owning it through to closed-won.

What you'll own

  • Account selection β€” build and prioritise named target accounts on real commercial potential, not volume
  • Outbound β€” personalised, multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, referrals) around specific operational and compliance pain
  • First calls & demos β€” qualify pain, urgency, and buying process, then run initial product demos yourself
  • Multi-threading β€” map the buyer group across EHS and Ops; no single-threaded deals
  • Pilots & handoff β€” shape opportunities into valid pilots and hand over to the founder with full context
  • Closed-won accountability β€” own your sourced pipeline through to contract, optimising for revenue, not activity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
