Position Summary

Profisee is looking for a Business Development Representative (Remote, UK Based) to help create outbound qualified leads and pipeline for the sales team. This is a phenomenal opportunity for a high-energy, motivated, and organized career-focused sales professional to join an AI-first team - one that leverages AI-driven workflows for research, content development, and signal-based prospecting.

As a member of the Profisee BDR team, you will play a meaningful and impactful role in the company, contributing directly to our Go-To-Market strategy and helping accelerate our growth goals. You will be a representative of the Profisee brand, often serving as the first point of contact with potential customers. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound prospecting into target accounts, engaging and qualifying inbound prospects, and supporting a team of Account Executives in building pipeline and leading a territory.

This role will allow you to gain exposure to all aspects of an enterprise sales cycle and you’ll have the opportunity to learn from seasoned enterprise sales reps on how to qualify enterprise leads, manage enterprise sales cycles and how to successfully drive enterprise deals from create to close. This role reports to the Business Development Manager (US based).

Your Performance Objectives – What You Will Accomplish

After 30 Days, You Will

  • Invested in gaining foundational knowledge about Profisee, what we do, and our processes.
  • Completing courses in our Profisee Academy to gain a baseline understanding of our software platform.
  • Being coached and enabled on how to give your best “Profisee Pitch” for outbound lead generation and understanding our ICP (Ideal customer profile) and personas.
  • Shadowing our Business Development Representative team to understand outbound processes, tech stack, and best practices.
  • Achieve Profisee Certification on our pitch.
  • Taking inbound lead calls.

After 45 Days, You Will

  • Demonstrated ability to execute account research and outbound lead generation processes and begin outbound outreach within your territory.
  • Demonstrate an ability to use Salesforce and prospecting tools within our tech stack to create call lists, create value-based messaging, and leverage campaigns.
  • Begin to develop strong partnerships with supported Account Executives and begin to create account strategies for targeted accounts.
  • Begin to complete daily KPIs (calls, personalized emails, social sell) and complete outbound qualification calls.

In 60+ days, you will:

  • Begin to build your pipeline and meet or exceed daily KPIs and quota attainment.
  • Understand the outbound motion and qualification process, know your territory and focused accounts, understand our ICP and personas, tool utilization, and good relationship with your AE's.
  • Be able to confidently deliver your outbound sales pitch and demonstrate your ability to speak to different personas.
  • Continue to learn about our product, customer stories, and grow relationships with AE's.
  • Complete MEDDPICC certification course.

  • Goal-Oriented: You thrive on hitting and exceeding goals, and in this case, your outbound sales opportunities and pipeline creation every month by generating interest, qualify, and convert leads into prospective customers through cold calls, emails, social media, and/or chat.
  • Growth Mindset: You have the desire to continue to uplevel your skillset and learn how to optimize your outbound prospecting and qualification efforts, and constantly be utilizing our technology tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay).
  • Effective Communication and Collaboration: You effectively communicate Profisee’s value proposition to prospective customers and collaborate within the Profisee Sales and Marketing team to build meaningful and productive relationships with them.
  • Process Driven: Follow standardized processes and tactics using your Pipeline Generation Playbook to research and map prospective new accounts, qualify meetings, and generate sales-ready meetings for your AEs.
  • Coachable: Coaching and constructive feedback will be a regular part of what helps you be successful in this role and long-term as a sales professional. Being coachable and having a growth mindset and being persistent is critical.
