We’re looking for a driven, curious, and resilient Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our sales pipeline and drive new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of growth—identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and qualifying opportunities for our sales team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career or looking to break into tech sales, with a clear path to becoming an Account Executive. The role is the first of its kind and we continue to expand in EMEA. Open to other locations in the region, but must be in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers
  • Execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify outbound leads to assess fit and buying intent
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize messaging and campaigns
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
