Role: Business Development Representative

Location: On-site
Job Type: Contract
Payout: Competitive, based on experience

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Development Manager to work on a contract basis. The role supports the development of the business, its processes, technologies, and data to ensure revenue targets are reached while maintaining and improving service quality and operational efficiency. The position focuses on identifying and creating partnerships with student recruitment agencies and educational providers to achieve recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and create partnerships with new potential student recruitment agencies and educational or training providers.
  • Assist the team in achieving student recruitment targets for each intake.
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers.
  • Analyse customer feedback data to assess satisfaction with company products and services.
  • Support the programme management team in maximizing enrolment through recruitment efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B business development, particularly in education or recruitment sectors.
  • Ability to analyse financial data and develop strategies to reduce costs and increase profits.
  • Strong relationship management skills to engage with stakeholders and partners effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer feedback data to inform business decisions.
  • Experience in attending business meetings and providing training to new partners.
  • Knowledge of product development processes and competitive positioning insights.
  • Familiarity with student recruitment processes and educational provider networks.
  • Contract negotiation and deal structuring experience in a B2B environment.
