- Nurture strong, authentic connections that foster loyalty and success for your clients, the brand, and your own career journey.
- Work side by side with dynamic teams across the business, championing the Schwarzkopf Professional brand while supporting each other’s growth.
- Inspire and engage your clients, using your communication and negotiation skills to enhance brand commitment and customer loyalty.
- Own your success! Track, analyse, and optimise your sales performance, making data-driven decisions to keep you ahead of the game.
- Participate in sales conferences, industry events, and team meetings to keep your skills sharp and stay at the cutting edge of beauty and business.

You must live on patch
- Experience from a B2B field based role.
- Proven track record of developing an Account Base.
- Excellent Communicator.
- Dynamic, self-motivated and driven.
- Enthusiastic for innovation, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to manage time and prioritise workload to ensure maximum productivity.
- Highly flexible approach to coaching and development.
- Understanding of Social Media and how to utilise for a commercial benefit.
- Entrepreneurial and results driven perspective.
