Business Development Representative
Enterprise SaaS | London Hybrid | £45,000 - £50,000 base + £15,000 - £35,000 commission
A growing B2B SaaS company is hiring two Business Development Representatives to join its London commercial team.
The business sells a complex software platform to enterprise customers. The role focuses on structured outbound prospecting, early-stage discovery, and creating properly qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.
The Role
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers
- Build relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders
- Conduct initial discovery conversations
- Uncover business problems, priorities, and potential buying drivers
- Qualify opportunities using MEDDICC or MEDDPICC
- Create clear, detailed handovers for Account Executives
- Nurture prospects across longer enterprise sales cycles
- Work towards opportunity-generation and pipeline targets

Essential Experience
- Previous BDR or SDR experience within B2B SaaS
- Practical experience working within a MEDDICC or MEDDPICC sales environment
- A strong record of generating opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Experience targeting enterprise or complex mid-market customers
- Confidence using the phone as part of a multichannel sales process
- Evidence of target attainment and pipeline contribution
- An organised approach to account research and weekly activity
- Strong discovery, communication, and active listening skills
- A university degree
- Ambition to develop into an Account Executive role
