This is a new-logo role focused on opening conversations with organisations that are not currently purchasing NBS solutions. You'll engage architects, architectural technologists, architectural designers, specifiers and multi-disciplinary consultancies to understand their challenges, identify opportunities and create qualified sales conversations for the wider commercial team.
Working closely with Business Development Managers, you'll play an important role in building pipeline, generating opportunities and helping more customers understand how NBS can support specification and design workflows.
What you'll be doing
- Creating qualified new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting activity.
- Researching target organisations and identifying key decision-makers.
- Engaging prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital channels.
- Understanding customer challenges, workflows and business objectives.
- Qualifying opportunities before introducing them to the relevant Business Development Manager.
- Booking meetings, demonstrations and commercial conversations.
- Maintaining accurate prospect, activity and opportunity records within CRM systems.
- Contributing towards activity, pipeline and opportunity targets.
- Building strong working relationships with Business Development Managers and other commercial colleagues.
- Developing your knowledge of the construction specification market and NBS solutions.
- Sharing customer feedback and market insight with the wider team.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
