BDR | High-Growth Specialist Consultancy | £35k Base + Commission

We're working with a fast-growing specialist consultancy that's looking to add an ambitious Business Development Representative to its commercial team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with proven B2B outbound experience who wants to build their career in a high-value, specialist market with strong earning potential and a clear route into Business Development.

    • High performers will have the opportunity to progress into a Business Development position and continue developing their commercial career.
  • Learn in a high-performance environment
    • This is a five-day-a-week office-based role.
    • You'll be surrounded by the wider commercial team, with coaching and support available in real time. If you're someone who thrives on competition, collaboration and being around other ambitious salespeople, you'll enjoy the environment.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who already understands outbound sales and is ready to take the next step.

You'll ideally have:

  • 2+ years' experience in B2B outbound sales, telesales or lead generation
  • Confidence speaking to founders, directors and senior decision-makers
  • A genuine appetite for phone-based selling
  • Experience handling objections and getting past gatekeepers
  • A target-driven mindset and strong resilience
  • The ability to consistently make 70+ calls per day
