Role Description
The Business Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Windsor. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting inside sales activities, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential accounts, generating and following up on leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and social channels, and presenting the company’s services to key decision-makers. The Business Development Representative will maintain a pipeline in CRM tools, schedule and attend client meetings, collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on campaigns, and provide regular reports on activity and results. The role also involves gathering market feedback, supporting contract negotiations in coordination with senior team members, and contributing to revenue growth targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline management.
- Proven Sales and Business Development skills, with experience closing opportunities and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interactions.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic office tools, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset, resilience in handling rejection, and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or technology/online services (preferred but not required).
- A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
