Sustainable investing depends on transparency.
Investors need to understand what sits behind the information they use and be able to explain their decisions to clients and regulators.
Integrum ESG helps them do both, from screening companies through to regulatory reporting. We combine our own AI models, developed over close to a decade, with the judgement of experienced analysts. Our Glass Box approach shows clients exactly how every assessment was reached.
With over $3 trillion in assets under advisory, we work with some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated financial institutions across hedge funds, asset management, private wealth and asset owners. We see our clients as long-term partners, not just customers and those relationships begin with our sales team.
We are VC-backed and growing, so joining now means taking on real responsibility early and working closely with senior colleagues.
The role
You will often be the first person at Integrum ESG a prospective client speaks to. The job is to find the right people at investment firms, introduce them to what we do and, where there is interest, set up a meeting with your wider team.
If you’re starting out in sales, this role offers a strong foundation in both financial services and professional B2B selling, giving you the opportunity to understand how some of the world’s leading investors operate while developing the skills to build a successful career in sales.
You’ll receive structured training on the financial industry and our products, alongside practical coaching in proven sales methodologies

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
