About JustTip
JustTip is a digital platform for tipping, payments, and tax management tailored for hospitality businesses and their payment providers, addressing the increasing complexity of gratuity handling in a cashless, regulation-driven market.
New EU & UK regulations now mandate full transparency and compliance regarding tips and service charges, with liabilities of up to ÂŁ5,000 per employee, making opaque manual processes obsolete. Our platform automates the collection, distribution, and reporting of tips and service charges, reducing payroll tax liabilities, ensuring legal compliance, and helping improve staff retention.
With 380% YoY growth, we already support over 18,000 staff across more than 750 businesses and are integrating into payment systems through our partners. We are targeting a ÂŁ63BN tipping economy that is quickly being reshaped by regulation and digital payments. Now, we are seeking a high-impact BDR to join us in London and help accelerate our growth across the UK and Europe.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
