Business Development Representative (BDR), EMEA

Entry to mid-level BDR role, owning outbound pipeline across a portfolio of enterprise accounts in EMEA

B2B SaaS, intent data and marketing technology, using Salesforce, Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Hybrid working, based in Belfast

£35,000 to £37,000 base plus £15,000 to £20,000 OTE (£50,000 to £57,000 total earning potential)

A clear route into enterprise sales, working side by side with Enterprise Account Executives

About the Company

Our client is a B2B technology company that gives revenue teams accurate, detailed buyer-intent intelligence and the platform to act on it. By layering and cross-checking several data sources, they help sales and marketing teams find the right accounts, work out how to engage them and move with precision. They are on a mission to change how B2B organisations use intent data, and they sit at the sharp end of modern go-to-market strategy.

The Role

This is a front-of-funnel role where your work turns directly into pipeline. You will sit in a sales pod with Enterprise Account Executives and own outbound prospecting into enterprise accounts across EMEA. You will research each target, find the right marketing stakeholders and book meetings that turn into real commercial opportunities. It is fast-paced and target-driven, and it suits someone who is resilient, curious and motivated by steady activity and measurable results. You will also get coaching and a clear view of how enterprise deals are won.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
