Business Development Representative (x2)

Farringdon, London | £32,000 base + commission

The Role

This isn't a typical entry-level sales job. You'll help grow the UK client base and build long-term relationships with some of the world's biggest brands. And every deal you help land gets people to work more easily while cutting traffic and carbon emissions. You'll work alongside the London team with hands-on mentorship from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Drive pipeline by reaching prospective UK clients by phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives through consultative conversations
  • Research target accounts and find key decision-makers using the latest sales tools
  • Keep the CRM accurate. It directly affects your success, and your commission
  • Work with marketing to shape campaigns that land in the UK market
  • Share client insights to help shape product and strategy

You'll join the Furza Academy, with training tailored specifically to your role. That includes two weeks of face-to-face sales training in Manchester, ongoing coaching in the role and an Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation. You'll also get continuous support and mentoring from our client's sales and leadership team.
