Business Development Representative (BDR)
Are you a motivated sales professional looking for your next challenge? Join us as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and become an integral part of our dynamic revenue team. You will play a key role in driving both new business acquisition and customer retention, building relationships with prospective and existing members, and creating valuable revenue opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound sales, managing customer relationships, and earning uncapped commission while contributing directly to business growth.

Role Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new customers through proactive outreach and lead generation.
- Re-engage existing members to increase platform usage and support renewals.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Communicate effectively to articulate the value proposition of our platform.
- Deliver product demonstrations and support commercial conversations.
- Work closely with the wider sales and revenue teams to drive growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed revenue, retention, and activity targets.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

Role Requirements
- Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Strong objection handling and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused.
- Initiative, drive, and enthusiasm.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Resilient, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM systems, HubSpot is preferable.
- Bilingual Advantageous

Working Conditions
This role is onsite, 3/4 days a week based in our spacious office in London Kings Cross, a 5-minute walk from the mainline train station. Our office amenities include fresh fruits, a coffee machine, snacks, and a stocked fridge.
