About Tekst & Our Mission

At Tekst, we just raised $13.5M in Series A funding to rebuild Process Intelligence for the Agentic era. We’re building the context layer that allows AI agents to work at scale on the back-office processes that actually matter. With enterprise customers like Daikin, Colruyt, Mitsubishi and Nokia, we are cutting through the AI hype to deliver real, measurable automation.

The Role

As a BDR, you are the engine of our growth. You are the first point of contact for potential Tekst customers and the driving force behind our international expansion. We don't want "call robots"; we want smart hunters who use AI to sell AI. This role is based in our Ghent HQ, where you'll join our GTM team at the heart of the tech scene.

You will work on our UK market (so you can also be based in the UK).

What will you be doing?

  • Hunt for opportunities: Proactively identify and engage high-potential prospects through cold calling, strategic emailing, and social selling.
  • AI-Powered outreach: Write tight, thoughtful outbound copy that gets attention. You will experiment with our own AI-outreach tools to personalize at scale and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Master the "First Touch": Conduct high-level discovery calls with Director and VP-level stakeholders at leading enterprises to understand their challenges and qualify them (using MEDDic).
  • Strategic partnering: Collaborate with Account Executives to develop territory plays and work with Marketing on account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Become a product expert: Stay ahead of AI trends and the Tekst roadmap to handle initial objections and spark genuine curiosity in prospects.
  • Manage the funnel: Diligently track all activity in our CRM to ensure seamless hand-offs to the AE team and accurate forecasting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
