Role Overview:
The Business Development Representative role is responsible for driving engagement with priority enterprise accounts through targeted account-based marketing (ABM) and outbound prospecting. The position focuses on researching target accounts, identifying key stakeholders, leveraging account insights to personalise outreach, and generating qualified meetings and sales opportunities. The role also supports Account Executives in building pipeline, nurturing prospects, and advancing customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Location:
This position will be based in our London office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week, but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the London office for the remaining days of the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Marketing and Account Executives to execute account-based marketing (ABM) programmes across priority enterprise accounts, including account research, stakeholder mapping and personalised outreach.
- Exceed activity, pipeline and revenue goals through targeted account-based marketing (ABM) and sales engagement strategies.
- Use account engagement, intent and campaign insights to prioritise target accounts, tailor outreach and convert engagement into qualified meetings and sales opportunities.
- Conduct daily outbound calling and proactive outreach to engage key stakeholders, build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Engage with prospects to understand their technology needs, uncover business challenges and identify opportunities to position Nuix solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align account strategies, coordinate engagement activities and strengthen relationships with prospective customers.
- Support the progression of qualified opportunities through the sales cycle, including building relationships, delivering presentations and demonstrating the value of Nuix solutions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Nuix products, value propositions and new releases, applying this knowledge to address customer needs and support sales conversations.
- Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs to ensure relevant and value-driven interactions throughout the buyer journey.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- At least three years of relevant sales or account-based marketing experience, with a proven track record of exceeding performance targets.
- Confidence to present and demonstrate software and solution value to key prospects.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively with high levels of attention to detail.
- A self-starter who is hungry to learn at a world leading software solutions company.
- Ability to overcome objections and obstacles with an openness to feedback and dedication to continued professional development.
