The Role

Every parcel that moves around the world depends on software talking to other software. Retailers to warehouses, warehouses to carriers, carriers to customers, and a whole layer of platforms in between that all need to talk to each other too.

Connecting any two of them takes far too long. The documentation arrives in every format going: URLs, PDFs and whatever other files turn up. It's often out of date and usually missing something important, so a single integration can eat months of developer time.

Synkka fixes that. We're an AI powered API platform. Our AI uses LLMs to ingest documentation in any format and build the integration in days, not months. We work with tech platforms, carriers and logistics players across 46 countries. Logistics is a multi trillion dollar industry running on plumbing nobody wants to touch. We're replacing the plumbing.

We're funded and growing month on month. We need someone to help keep it that way.

You'll be the first voice many tech platforms, carriers and logistics players hear from Synkka. Your job is to start conversations: find the right people, get their attention, and book meetings that turn into pipeline. You'll work directly with me (Jordon, CEO), and you'll learn how a technical B2B sale works from the first message to the signed contract.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Research and map target accounts across tech platforms, carriers and logistics players
  • Run outbound across email, LinkedIn and phone, and book qualified first meetings
  • Write your own messaging, test it, and track what actually gets replies
  • Learn the product well enough to explain why connectivity is a problem worth fixing
  • Keep the CRM clean, so we can all see what's working and what isn't
  • Share what you hear from the market with product and the rest of the team

Who You Are

  • People warm to you quickly, on the phone and in writing
  • You're resilient. One no doesn't knock you off course, and neither do ten in a row
  • You don't wait to be told. You find the next account, the next angle, the next person to call
  • You get things done and you own them.
  • You're a tool tinkerer. If there's a new tool saves you an hour a day, you've already tried it
  • You're happy to try things that might not work, and honest when they don't
  • You have energy, and it lasts
  • You want to learn. You don't need to know logistics or APIs today, but you'll pick them up fast
  • You have ideas about how to get noticed in an industry that ignores most sales emails

Nice to Have

  • Some experience in outbound, sales or a customer facing role
  • An interest in logistics, ecommerce or B2B tech
  • A second European language

What's Hard About This

We're early. Process is thin, priorities shift weekly, and the playbook you use in month one will keep adapting as we learn what works. Outbound in logistics takes persistence, and there's often a lot of silence before the replies come. If you need a fully built sales machine behind you, this isn't the right role. If you want to help build one, read on.

What You Get

  • Share options
  • Coaching from a founder who led international sales expansion at Showpad and Affinity
  • A direct line to the founders and real say in how we sell
