We are a large company with a start-up spirit. We are organised into expert knowledge units that collaborate closely with one another.
That’s why we are looking for curious, driven people who enjoy challenges and are eager to grow both personally and professionally, joining our team to make a positive impact on the world through technology.
ARE YOU READY FOR THE CHALLENGE?
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will join SEIDOR’s Marketing team, as part of a newly created, agile and growth-oriented team.
Your mission will be to turn Marketing-generated opportunities into valuable conversations for our Sales teams. This is not about endlessly making cold calls. Instead, you will engage quickly and personally with prospects who have already shown interest in our solutions, campaigns or events.
You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, identifying the needs of potential customers, qualifying opportunities and generating high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.
We are looking for someone who is highly communicative, resilient, organised and results-oriented, who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their needs and turning conversations into business opportunities.
At SEIDOR, you will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of our business, technology solutions and the B2B sales environment, while working alongside experienced professionals and having real opportunities to develop your career towards more senior commercial roles.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
