Ready to build real commercial experience from day one?

We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our growing team in Newcastle as a Business Development Representative. This is well-suited to graduates and career changers looking to build hands-on communication, sales, and business development skills in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. No previous sales experience is required — full training and ongoing coaching are provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Speaking with new and existing customers to identify their needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Building professional relationships and providing a positive customer experience.
  • Developing your communication and sales skills through structured training.
  • Working towards individual and team targets.
  • Learning from experienced team members as you progress through the business.
  • Supporting wider campaign and team objectives.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Confident and personable when communicating with others.
  • Comfortable speaking with new people.
  • Motivated by personal development.
  • Competitive while being team-oriented.
  • Reliable, coachable, and willing to learn.
  • Based in or able to commute to Newcastle upon Tyne.

No previous sales experience is required — we’re more interested in attitude and willingness to learn.
