Job Opportunity: Business Development Representative

A trusted client has asked us to support them with the appointment of a Business Development Representative to join their growing team.

We're particularly interested in hearing from people with recruitment experience, as many of the skills developed in recruitment can transfer really well into this position. If you are in agency recruitment, but don't see yourself building a career there, this is an opportunity to move into another competitive career path in the Sales and Marketing space.

You'll be joining a supportive team with plenty of scope to develop your skills, build your career and increase your earning potential.

  • Has experience in recruitment, sales, business development or a similar role
  • Is confident speaking to new people
  • Enjoys building relationships
  • Is commercially minded and motivated by results
  • Has strong communication skills
  • Is organised and pays attention to detail
  • Is comfortable working towards targets
  • Is ambitious and keen to progress
