Role Description

The Business Development Representative is a full-time, remote role focused on driving new business and revenue growth for Crackle AI. In this role, you will:

  • Prospect and qualify leads
  • Manage inbound and outbound outreach
  • Nurture relationships with decision-makers at small and medium-sized enterprises
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and campaigns

Daily activities include:

  • Managing a sales pipeline
  • Using CRM tools to track opportunities
  • Preparing proposals
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth handoff to implementation teams

You will be expected to:

  • Meet activity and performance targets
  • Provide feedback from the market
  • Represent Crackle AI professionally in all customer interactions

Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and managing a sales pipeline
  • Proven Sales and Business Development experience, with the ability to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and drive deals to close
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain AI-driven solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort using CRM and sales enablement tools, plus basic understanding of digital sales channels (email, LinkedIn, phone outreach)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed performance targets
  • Experience selling B2B technology, SaaS, or AI-related solutions is highly beneficial
  • Familiarity with SME business challenges and a consultative, problem-solving approach to client conversations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
