Business Development Representative (B2B / Upselling Focus)

£28,000 - £30,000 + up to £14,000 commission (OTE £46,000)
Manchester (Fully Office Based)
Permanent contract

What you'll be doing

  • Speaking with existing customers to understand their needs and recommend additional products/services
  • Managing and growing client relationships - this is not a purely cold sales role
  • Following up on inbound enquiries and marketing leads
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in a natural, consultative way
  • Supporting campaigns and events to drive engagement
  • Keeping CRM records updated and organised
  • Working closely with marketing and internal teams
