Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Belfast (Hybrid Flex days)
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Uncapped OTE
The Opportunity
We're partnering with a fast-growing AI SaaS business that's transforming how global organisations use customer insights to drive commercial success. As they continue to scale internationally, they're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join their growing sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in outbound sales, enjoys building relationships, and wants to develop their career within a high-growth technology business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Research and identify target accounts that align with the ideal customer profile.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to uncover business needs and buying potential.
- Book high-quality meetings for the Business Development Manager and wider sales team.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-up.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with Marketing to maximise campaign activity and lead generation.
- Consistently work towards and exceed pipeline and meeting targets.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in a BDR, SDR or outbound sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in cold outreach across multiple channels.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.
- Self-motivated, resilient and highly organised.
- An interest in SaaS, AI or technology solutions would be advantageous.
