What You'll Do
- Run a hybrid pipeline motion: act on product-led signals early in the week, then shift into outbound prospecting for the bulk of your time.
- Qualify prospects through calls, emails, and social media (LinkedIn) to generate sales-ready meetings for Account Executives.
- Partner with AEs on our larger, more strategic accounts, shaping territory plans and outreach.
- Build, test, and iterate on outbound strategies, using AI tools to work faster without losing quality.
- Show up for a structured weekly coaching rhythm: pipeline and messaging review early in the week, skill-building (cold calling, qualification, objection handling) later on.
- Deeply understand our customers' day-to-day pains so you can speak to them with real credibility.
Who You Are
- You bring the will; we'll teach you the skill. Hardworking, intellectually curious, and coachable matter more to us than pedigree.
- You have grit and are comfortable with volume and rejection. Outbound requires consistency, and you show up for it every day.
- You’re a strong written and verbal communicator. You can tell a story that shows you understand a customer’s needs and why Airtable is relevant to them.
- You're AI-fluent, or eager to get there fast. We use AI tools throughout our sales motion, and you’re excited to learn how to use them to work smarter and more effectively.
- Nice to have - in a EMEA wide team - if you happen to speak fluent French or German in addition to English it is useful but not a requirement.

What We Offer
- The OTE target earnings for this role is £70,000 - £74,000 (depending on experience level) based at our EMEA HQ in Borough Yards, London.
- Travel: £7,500 annual allowance to cover your commute.

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.
For work locations in London (United Kingdom), the on-target earning range for this role is: £70,000—£74,000 GBP
