Business Development Representative – Graduate Opportunity!

A leading Construction Technology company is looking for a Business Development Representative to join its rapidly growing team. Having raised more than £110 million in funding, the business is entering an exciting phase of expansion.

The company provides cloud-based software solutions across project management, workforce management, and financial operations, helping construction and infrastructure organisations overcome complex operational challenges through innovative technology.

As part of its continued growth, the business is looking to strengthen its Go-to-Market (GTM) team with a Business Development Representative. The role will focus on market research, outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and generating qualified meetings for the senior sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish and develop a career in B2B SaaS sales within a high-growth technology business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
