About Totalmobile

At Totalmobile, we're helping organisations transform the way essential services are delivered in the field. As a leader in the rapidly growing Field Service Management (FSM) market, we're empowering thousands of organisations across healthcare, housing, facilities management, telecommunications, infrastructure, public services, and logistics to connect their frontline teams with the technology they need to deliver exceptional outcomes.

We're entering one of the most exciting chapters in our history.

Following the launch of our market-leading Field First Platform, we've brought together our best-in-class workforce management, mobility, automation, scheduling and intelligence capabilities into a single, unified platform designed to help customers plan, optimise and execute field service operations more effectively than ever before.

Our growth story continues at pace. Having successfully expanded our presence into Australia and Canada, we're now supporting customers and partners across the UK, Europe, North America and Australasia. Most recently, the merger of Totalmobile and Solvares Group has created one of the most comprehensive international providers of field service management and workforce optimisation technology, bringing together over 800 employees and more than 4,000 customers worldwide. Together, we're combining our Field First execution platform with world-class scheduling and optimisation expertise to create the future of field service technology.

Why Now?

For ambitious sales professionals, there has never been a more exciting time to join us.

As we continue to scale globally, we're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel our next stage of growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Responsibilities

This role is much more than a traditional sales development position. It's the opportunity to launch and accelerate your career within one of the fastest-growing sectors in technology.

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of Totalmobile's growth strategy, identifying and engaging prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn and other digital channels. You'll introduce organisations to our innovative Field First platform and wider portfolio of solutions, helping them understand how technology can transform their field operations.

Working closely with our experienced Account Executives and Sales Leaders, you'll qualify opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers and create high-quality sales pipeline that directly contributes to our continued international expansion.

What makes this opportunity particularly exciting is the proven pathway for progression. This role has become available following the promotion of a previous BDR into an Account Manager position, demonstrating the genuine career opportunities available within Totalmobile.

Our BDR function acts as a sales academy, providing comprehensive training, coaching and exposure to our products, customers and industry. For ambitious individuals, this represents an exceptional opportunity to develop into roles across sales, account management and leadership.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who combines ambition with curiosity and brings the energy needed to thrive in a high-growth technology business.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • At least 12 months' experience in a Business Development, Sales Development or similar customer-facing sales role
  • Experience working within SaaS, technology or software sales environments (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine passion for sales and business growth
  • The desire to learn quickly and develop expertise in our products, customers and industry
