About Entalio
Entalio provides confidential one-to-one psychological support specifically for CEOs, founders and senior leaders.
We carefully match each client with an experienced therapist based not only on their individual needs and personality, but also on their professional situation and the realities of operating at senior leadership level.
Following the launch of Entalio in Finland, we are now expanding into the UK, with an initial focus on London.
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to help us introduce Entalio to the UK market and build relationships with founders, executives and organisations in London.
You’ll work closely with the founder and play an important role in how we approach and develop the market from an early stage.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is a relationship-led role. We are not interested in aggressive selling or pushing a service onto people who don’t need it. Our work is personal and highly confidential, and we want our business development to reflect that.
Your role is to find the right people, start the right conversations and help us build genuine relationships in the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and approaching potential clients and relevant organisations
- Building relationships with founders, CEOs, executives and senior decision-makers
- Introducing Entalio and communicating what makes our approach different
- Supporting client acquisition and developing new business opportunities
- Exploring partnerships and referral relationships
- Helping us understand and develop the UK market
- Working directly with the founder as we build Entalio’s presence in London
Who We’re Looking For
You might have experience in business development, sales, recruitment, executive search, account management, partnerships or another client-facing role.
