CGP Group is hiring 10 ambitious Business Development Representatives to launch Keystone AI—an industry-changing recruitment platform designed to transform how companies identify, engage and hire talent.
This is much more than a traditional BDR position. You will join Keystone AI’s first Manchester sales cohort, helping introduce an exciting new product to businesses across the UK and international markets.
You will be surrounded by ambitious, like-minded colleagues, supported by experienced sales leaders and given best-in-class training, technology and career development from your first day.

The Opportunity
As a Business Development Representative, you will create new commercial opportunities for Keystone AI by speaking with business leaders, HR teams and talent acquisition professionals.

Your role will be to introduce the platform, understand each client’s recruitment challenges and secure qualified demonstrations and meetings for the senior sales team.
You will be joining at the beginning of Keystone AI’s growth journey, giving you the opportunity to make a visible impact and build your career as the business expands.
What You Will Be Doing
- Identifying and researching prospective clients
- Engaging decision-makers through telephone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
- Introducing Keystone AI through confident, value-led conversations
- Understanding clients’ hiring challenges and business priorities
- Booking qualified product demonstrations and sales meetings
- Using best-in-class sales technology to manage outreach and opportunities
- Maintaining accurate activity and prospect information within the CRM
- Working closely with sales, marketing and recruitment specialists
- Achieving individual activity, meeting and revenue targets
- Sharing market feedback to help shape Keystone AI’s continued development
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for ambitious people who are excited by sales, technology and the opportunity to build something new.
You may already have experience in business development, recruitment, technology sales or another target-driven environment. However, previous BDR experience is not essential if you can demonstrate the right attitude, communication skills and determination to succeed.
