Adoreboard

Adoreboard is a Belfast-born AI company turning customer experience into revenue outcome for our customers. Clients include Fortune 1000 enterprises across financial services, healthcare, and high-churn industries in the US, UK, and Australia. This role joins at a stage where the foundation is being solidified, the opportunity is ours to take, and the sales function is being built out for scale.

The Opportunity

This role owns the front end of the sales funnel: finding, qualifying, and booking the right conversations so the Business Development Manager can focus on running and closing them. Success here is measured in qualified pipeline generated, not just activity volume. The role works closely with Marketing on inbound handoff to the BDM, on outbound strategy, and is a defined first step on Adoreboard's sales career path toward a closing role.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect: Identify and research potential customers using outbound channels, online research, social media, and inbound signals such as MQLs and webinar attendees.
  • Generate: Build outbound pipeline through calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach, using tools such as HubSpot, Salesloft, or Apollo.
  • Qualify: Assess inbound and outbound leads against Adoreboard's ICP, understanding pain points, budget, and decision-making process before passing them forward.
  • Nurture: Maintain and progress a pipeline of prospects who are not yet ready to buy, keeping them warm until they are.
  • Book: Schedule qualified meetings for the BDM, ensuring the right stakeholders are in the room at a time that suits the prospect.
  • Maintain: Keep HubSpot records current and accurate, so pipeline status is visible to the BDM and CRO without having to ask.
  • Collaborate: Work with Marketing to align outbound activity with campaign timing and messaging, and with Customer Success to ensure a clean handover once a deal closes.
  • Report: Track and report against an SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) target on a weekly cadence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
