👋 We are Attensi, a global company founded in Norway specialized in gamified simulation training. Since our inception in 2012, Attensi has grown to become a global leader in the field, with training solutions used by global brands in more than 150 countries and in 50 different languages.

We work with some of the largest professional services, insurance, consulting, hospitality, retail, and pharmaceutical brands in the world including Circle K, Starbucks, BSH, Travelers, Zurich Insurance, Oliver Wyman, PwC, Boehringer Ingelheim. Attensi is growing at an exponential pace and since securing funding from Lugard Road Capital, DX Ventures and Viking Venture, we are now focused on growing our business in new markets.

Attensi’s team now consists of more than 250 Game Changers across our offices in London, Oslo and Boston. With 70 gamechangers based in London Attensi is growing at rocket speed and with our additional funding we are now taking our commercial team to new heights. Do you want to join our journey?

We are now looking for motivated and talented people for our established Business Development team. As part of this team, you will play an integral role in the continued growth and ambition of Attensi. You will be responsible for driving messaging, generating new opportunities, qualifying inbound enquiries & nurturing key prospects, and you will be at the forefront of a fast paced, cutting-edge tech company.

What will you do?

  • Support Business Development Directors to execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and execute engaging ‘cold’ lead generation campaigns with BDD’s – creating targeted lists, refining messaging, delivering qualified leads.
  • Nurture existing prospects within the pipeline, ensuring they remain warm, engaged, and progress to a qualified lead.
  • Work with our marketing team to increase the success of our digital marketing campaigns (inbound).
  • Support the BDD team with sales related activities such as events, conferences & any other such activity.

Who are you?

We are looking for high energy, motivated and solution-oriented people with a passion for business development and sales. You will have a curious and inquisitive mind, love to learn - and learn fast. You are a strong communicator, enjoy interacting with other people and build relationships easily. You thrive in a high-paced and dynamic environment, work well with others and love a good challenge.

  • You have a bachelor degree or an equivalent qualification with killer work experience
  • You are naturally solution oriented and driven to succeed
  • You are inquisitive and not afraid to challenge established truths
  • You have a good understanding of business and are comfortable working independently as well as within a team
  • Previous work experience with customer service, sales or similar is great, but not a requirement. As long as you bring the motivation, agility and willingness to learn, we can help you develop the skills.
