By pairing actionable insights with structured coaching, Curvo.ai helps sales organisations close more deals with greater efficiency and confidence.
Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Representative role based in London, with a hybrid model that combines office collaboration with work-from-home flexibility.
The BDR will:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted outreach to key decision-makers.
- Run discovery calls, nurture prospects across email and social channels, and record activity and insights accurately in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, support demand generation campaigns, and build a predictable pipeline aligned with Curvo.ai's sales methodology.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing prospect feedback and keeping up with market trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong inside sales and lead generation skills, with experience managing prospecting activity and building a qualified pipeline.
- Proven sales and business development capability, including opportunity qualification and working alongside Account Executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders.
- Comfort using CRM and sales engagement tools, and the ability to follow a structured sales methodology (MEDDIC experience is a plus).
- Resilience, a goal-driven mindset, and the ability to work in a data-driven environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, collaborating in person in London and independently from home.
- Prior B2B SaaS or technology sales experience is beneficial.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
