Are you a motivated, entrepreneurial sales talent eager to launch your career at a category-defining SaaS company? If so, we're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our London Sales team and help companies achieve their business goals through playable marketing.

This role is ideal for ambitious, networking-savvy individuals driven to establish new business opportunities while building a career in SaaS sales. Reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Manager, UK & Benelux, you'll be part of a high-performing sales team that partners with some of the market's biggest brands.

The Role

In this pure "hunting" sales role, you'll identify and develop opportunities with existing prospects and new organisations of all sizes, complexities, and needs. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, you'll reach contacts through email, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and similar channels - and serve as the first point of contact in building lasting customer relationships.

To succeed, you'll need the drive to find new opportunities and build strong relationships quickly. We're looking for someone who is comfortable prospecting and speaking with customers on the phone, while staying current on the latest marketing and industry trends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
