Role Description

The Appointment Setter is a full-time, on-site role based in Silsden. In this position, the individual will contact prospective customers, introduce company services, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales or technical teams. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Managing outbound calls
  • Updating appointment calendars
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM or scheduling tools
  • Following up on leads to ensure timely bookings

The Appointment Setter will be expected to meet activity and quality targets while representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively manage Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling.
  • Experience with Lead Generation activities, including qualifying prospects and converting inquiries into booked meetings.
  • Strong Communication skills, with clear, confident, and professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service capabilities, including active listening, problem-solving, and a helpful, respectful approach.
  • Comfort using CRM or scheduling software and basic office productivity tools.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in following processes and documenting interactions.
  • Ability to work on-site in Silsden and collaborate effectively with sales and engineering teams.
  • Prior telesales experience is essential, industry knowledge is not essential as training will be provided.

Basic Salary

£25k - £30k depending on experience with an uncapped OTE
