Role Description
The Appointment Setter is a full-time, on-site role based in Silsden. In this position, the individual will contact prospective customers, introduce company services, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales or technical teams. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Managing outbound calls
- Updating appointment calendars
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM or scheduling tools
- Following up on leads to ensure timely bookings
The Appointment Setter will be expected to meet activity and quality targets while representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- Ability to effectively manage Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling.
- Experience with Lead Generation activities, including qualifying prospects and converting inquiries into booked meetings.
- Strong Communication skills, with clear, confident, and professional phone and email etiquette.
- Demonstrated Customer Service capabilities, including active listening, problem-solving, and a helpful, respectful approach.
- Comfort using CRM or scheduling software and basic office productivity tools.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in following processes and documenting interactions.
- Ability to work on-site in Silsden and collaborate effectively with sales and engineering teams.
- Prior telesales experience is essential, industry knowledge is not essential as training will be provided.

Basic Salary
£25k - £30k depending on experience with an uncapped OTE
