Full-Time Business Development – Nurses UK Nurses UK Newcastle is seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team on a Full-time basis as a Business Development Associate. You will focus on identifying new opportunities, building relationships with healthcare providers, and driving growth for our nursing services across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hospitals, clinics, and care facilities. Conduct weekly client visits to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion. Support the creation and implementation of business development strategies. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports to support client engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients. Requirements: Proven sales experience in the healthcare sector is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a confident phone manner. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Valid driving license with access to a car; mileage will be reimbursed. Willingness to travel locally for regular client visits.
