About Keeley Packaging

Keeley Packaging design and supply bespoke corrugated and paperboard packaging for companies throughout the UK. With a keen eye on sustainability, we have a collaborative and flexible approach to what we do, with customer satisfaction being at the heart of our working day.

We're growing! And we're looking for the right person to grow with us…

If we're honest, we're not just looking for a person to develop new business; we're looking for someone who enjoys building lasting relationships, spots opportunities, takes ownership, and isn't afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table. Someone who's self-motivated and genuinely cares about delivering great service.

At Keeley Packaging, we believe good business is built on good people. That's why we're more interested in attitude than a perfect CV. We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable talking to customers, but just as comfortable helping solve a problem behind the scenes. Someone who gives credit to the team and also takes responsibility when things go wrong. Someone who wants to understand customers and build something with them, rather than just sell to them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
