Calling all ambitious BDRs! 🚀 Join us at Bitrise and take charge of hunting down our biggest potential customers.
Your mission? You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, research, cold outreach, lead qualification, scheduling meetings and data management. You will be provided with the tools you need, and have the autonomy to experiment. You will be partnered with an Account Executive who will help you strategize on your target and intent account lists as well as help you learn hands on. So, if you're ready to embrace grit and dive into hyper-growth, this is your moment!
Compensation: £40,000-£50,000
Our ideal candidate
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an SDR/BDR role
- Passion and perseverance for sales
- Strong work ethic and caring mindset to be successful and your colleagues succeed as well
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to learn about technology
- College degree or equivalent experience in the field

What would really knock our socks off
- Have worked for a tech or SaaS company
- Have experience pitching to software development teams
- Proficient with:
- Engagement tools (GongEngage/Outreach/Salesloft)
- CRM (Salesforce)
- AI (Chat GPT, Claude)
- Sales Navigator
- Fluent in English and French or German
Your responsibilities
- Create qualified meetings and generate pipeline
- Research and develop content to outbound to the world's best mobile teams
- Hit and maintain activity KPIs across phone, email, and social
- Partner with Account Executives to create sales strategy
- Work alongside your peers to present new ideas to better engage with prospects
- Keep meticulous records to maintain data quality in our sales process
