Entry-Level Sales / 360 Recruitment Consultant – London Farringdon
£27,000 base + uncapped commission | £100K+ first-year earning potential | January 2027
No experience required as comprehensive training, development, and mentorship is provided to support your success - if on track, you will achieve your first promotion within 6 months.

This January, 3pX Group is hiring 3 ambitious individuals to join our London office as Entry-Level Associate Consultants. Our top-performing Consultants have earned £100,000+ in their first year.
What will you be doing?
This is a fast-paced, commercial sales role where you'll manage the full recruitment process and develop your own specialist market.
You'll learn how to:
- Win new business – identify prospects, pitch to potential clients, and grow your network
- Build client relationships – become a trusted partner to the companies you work with
- Headhunt top talent – find and engage high-performing professionals
- Negotiate & close deals – manage offers and negotiate with clients and candidates
- Become a market expert – develop expertise and your personal brand within a specialist industry (all NYC Consultants are part of our Codex division - Finance Systems recruitment)

- Location: London Farringdon – onsite (with the chance to work 1 remote day when promoted to Senior Consultant)
- Start date: January 2026
- Base salary: £27,000 + uncapped commission (with top performers earning £100,000 Year 1)
- Promotion opportunity: if on target, you will be promoted within your first 6 months
