We’re excited to be partnering with a fast-growing secure technology consultancy that helps enterprise organisations solve complex software challenges through tailored, high-quality solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious BDR with at least two years’ experience in a software services business, consultancy, or bespoke solutions environment. You’ll join a supportive and growing team, gain exposure to senior enterprise decision-makers, and play a key role in building a high-quality sales pipeline.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and qualifying prospective enterprise customers
- Generating interest through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
- Researching target organisations to understand their technology landscape and business challenges
- Engaging senior stakeholders through confident, value-led conversations
- Booking high-quality meetings for senior sales leaders
- Building targeted prospect lists and tailored outreach strategies
- Nurturing prospects who are not yet ready to buy
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline information
- Working collaboratively with sales, marketing, and technical teams
- Achieving monthly and quarterly activity and meeting targets

What We’re Looking For
- At least two years’ experience in a BDR, business development, or lead-generation role
- Experience gained within a software services company, technology consultancy, or bespoke solutions environment
- A confident and engaging communication style, both written and verbal
- Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders over the phone
- A curious and commercially minded approach, with the ability to understand complex customer challenges
- Resilience, motivation, and a genuine desire to develop
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools

Role Details
- Contract: Permanent
- Salary: Up to £50,000 basic salary plus commission
- Location: London
- Working pattern: (Predominately remote - 1 day in the office)
