About M3
M3 is a marketing and communications agency for startups. We help founders with messaging, branding, fundraising, go-to-market strategy, websites, and product launches.
Role
We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow M3 by finding and engaging startup founders.
You'll identify potential clients, reach out through LinkedIn and email, qualify opportunities, and book discovery calls for our team.

Responsibilities
- Research startup founders and companies.
- Find new business opportunities.
- Send personalized LinkedIn messages and cold emails.
- Follow up with prospects.
- Qualify leads.
- Book discovery meetings.
- Keep CRM records up to date.
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach targets.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, SDR, or BDR roles is preferred.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and email for outbound outreach.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Interest in startups and technology.
