Business Development Representative (BDR) – Remote UK
Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a remote UK-based environment. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and an interest in building a career in sales and business development. You will support business growth by identifying potential customers, starting conversations and helping develop new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospects through phone, email and other communication channels.
- Introduce services and communicate value clearly to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records.
- Follow up with potential customers professionally and consistently.
- Work collaboratively with sales and wider business teams.
- Support the development of a healthy sales pipeline.
- Track outreach activity and provide relevant updates.

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident and professional when communicating with new people.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills.
- Proactive, motivated and comfortable working towards goals.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
- An interest in sales, business development or customer engagement.
