🌎 Why deskbird?
At deskbird, you’re not joining a volume-driven outbound machine, you’re stepping into a company where your impact is visible from day one, your progression is tied to performance (not tenure), and your work directly shapes how we scale across Europe.
- You’ll be at the heart of our expansion strategy into the UK and Irish market, partnering closely with Demand Generation and Sales to build pipeline, shape regional growth initiatives, and directly influence our success in the market.
- We’re a leading workplace management platform, backed by $23M Series B funding and trusted by global brands. But what makes us different is how we operate: founder-led, fast-moving, and deeply focused on building a high-performance culture without the corporate politics.
- If you’re looking for a role where you can accelerate, not just “gain experience”, this is it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
