About Us

In 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.

Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.

Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to join Belkins' in-house sales team.

The team is led by our Head of Sales - Tom, and built around Sales Executives who run demos and close deals. You will do for Belkins what our SDRs do for 1,000+ clients: start conversations with B2B decision-makers and turn the right ones into qualified meetings.

Our setup removes manual friction. Our in-house outreach platform runs automated email and LinkedIn campaigns at scale, and a power dialer takes care of the dialing, so you can focus on live conversations, reply handling and booked meetings. You will remain fully responsible for your pipeline: daily outreach, managing every reply, qualifying prospects and handing each meeting to a Sales Executive with the context they need to close.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will run high-volume cold calling via a power dialer (around 100 dials a day), personally manage all replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns, and work industry-agnostic across B2B.

Your target is 50 qualified meetings per month once fully ramped, with a structured ramp-up over your first three months.

This is a fully remote role, open to candidates in the US or Europe who work full US business hours.

What You'll Do

  • Run high-volume cold calling via a power dialer, around 100 dials a day
  • Personally manage and respond to all replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Qualify prospects and book meetings for our Sales Executives
  • Hand off every meeting with clear context: who, why now, and what was promised
  • Keep HubSpot accurate: activities, notes and meeting outcomes
  • Hit your monthly meeting target and share what's working (and what isn't) with the team
  • Close the loop with Sales Executives after every meeting held: gather feedback on lead quality, fit and outcome, and use it to sharpen your targeting, messaging and qualification

What You Bring

  • 1–2+ years of successful B2B cold calling experience
  • Proven high-volume track record: 80–100+ dials a day, with meetings booked against a quota (be ready to share your numbers)
  • Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers and handling objections live
  • Fluent, professional English (C1+), written and spoken
  • Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Availability to work full US business hours
