We're hiring SDRs for a UK based software platform, a B Corp helping UK companies make electric cars dramatically more affordable for their employees.
You'll be prospecting into businesses ranging from SMBs to major enterprise organisations, creating opportunities and booking qualified meetings for the BDM team.

What you'll actually be doing
- π Outbound β phone, email, LinkedIn and creative prospecting
- π― Targeting β researching companies and finding the right decision-makers
- π§ Personalising β no spray-and-pray outreach
- π€ Qualifying β turning conversations into genuinely good meetings
- π§ͺ Experimenting β testing messaging, cadences and new ways to create pipeline
You'll probably be a fit if...
- You have 2+ years in B2B business development / SDR / BDR roles
- Can show you've consistently booked qualified meetings and hit targets
- Comfortable using tools like Sales Navigator, CRM and prospecting/enrichment platforms
- More importantly: you're curious, competitive, good on the phone and know how to make outbound feel human
